Vizual Records is excited to present the latest project by Joshua Iz – ‘Topography’.
Delving into deep electronic territory, this release is based on an imagined lunar mission, providing a soundscape to the barren yet beautiful terrain found on the moon.
Available exlusively at the Vizual Store until 25 May but Vizual Club Members can download this and all Vizual releases this year for only $20! Not yet a member? Join now!
1. Apollo 18
2. Sea Of Vapours
3. Rima
Apollo 18 (which would have been the next manned lunar mission if it wasn’t cancelled) is a driving house/deep tech track with sub bass and lots of layered melodic textures and heavy percussive noises.
Sea Of Vapours is named after one of the major large lunar features. This is a deep electronic midtempo workout with prominent Detroit influences and futuristic audio embellishments.
Rima is something else altogether…the only way to describe it is future booty bass zulu. It’s as if Joshua Iz took a slow booty track and sped it up for house & techno dancefloors.
